Das MORGENTAU Bio Roggen Korn Gemüsebrot vorgebacken tiefgekühlt mit heimischen Bio-Erdäpfeln und Karotten.

Gefrierfach/Gefrierschrank (bei – 18°C)
Mindestens haltbar bis: Siehe Aufdruck

Zubereitung (80 % vorgebacken):
Brot ca. 75-90 min in der Originalverpackung antauen lassen. Anschließend Karton vor dem Backen entfernen und das Brot gut mit Wasser befeuchten. Auf mittlerer Höhe in den vorgeheizten Backofen bei ca. 180°C Umluft geben. Die Backzeit beträgt ca. 25-30 min und kann je nach Ofentyp variieren. Das Brot danach gut auskühlen lassen und genießen. 
TIPP:

Brot bei Raumtemperatur auf den Anschnitt und auf ein Küchenpapier stellen. So ist es am zweiten und dritten Tag noch saftig und knusprig.
