Bio Berg/Teller Linsen garantiert aus Österreich - es kommt nicht auf die Größe an!

In Punkto Eiweißgehalt und Ballaststoffen stehen unsere Linsen den größeren Hülsenfrüchten um nichts nach. Damit sind auch diese kleinen Kostbarkeiten gut für Dein Bauchgefühl und auch sie liefern Dir wertvolle Vitamine und Mineralstoffe wie Mangan, Kupfer, Vitamin B1 und Folsäure. Sogar eine wichtige Rolle bei der Senkung des Blutzuckerspiegels wird ihnen nachgesagt - kleine Hülsenfrucht ganz groß! Super geeignet sind unsere Bio Linsen für Suppen und Eintöpfe.

Zubereitung:
Am besten über Nacht (ca. 12 Std.) in reichlich Wasser einweichen. Danach das Wasser weggießen, die Linsen mit frischem Wasser bedecken (ca. die doppelte Menge Wasser wie Linsen) und ca. 30 bis 45 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze köcheln lassen bis sie weich sind.

Tipp: für die schnelle Küche gibt's unsere Bio Linsen auch bereits vorgegart - am besten gleich ausprobieren und genießen.
