Bio Dinkel aus Streifenanbau in Demeter-Qualität

Dinkel ist ein sogenanntes Urgetreide und wurde bereits vor mehr als 8.000 Jahren von den alten Ägyptern angebaut. Im Streifenanbau sorgt er unter anderem für tiefe Wurzeln und verhindert dadurch die Bodenerosion. Dinkel enthält hochwertiges Eiweiß, Eisen und Magnesium und liefert unserem Körper wichtige B-Vitamine.

Bio Dinkel aus Streifenanbau in Demeter-Qualität kommt garantiert aus Österreich und eignet sich besonders gut als Alternative zu Reis, als Dinkel-Gemüse-Auflauf oder für Dinkel-Laibchen.

Zubereitung:
(für 4 Portionen)
250 g Dinkelkörner waschen. In etwas Sonnenblumenöl ein paar Minuten unter Rühren rösten. 800 ml siedendes Wasser und Salz dazugeben, aufkochen, zugedeckt bei reduzierter Hitze ca. 60 Minuten kochen bis der Dinkel weich ist. Mahlzeit!
